What if I want to change the day/time of my cleaning?

Just give us 24 hours notice, and in most cases we can alter the arrangement to suit your schedule.

Do I need to be present for the cleaning?

That is entirely up to you, and what you feel comfortable with.  We can arrange various methods of access and payment, according to what you are comfortable with.
